The Postgraduate Program in User Experience Design at The University of Texas at Austin is an intensive, practice-based certification focused on educating working professionals on UI/UX best practices. I built upon my existing knowledge of user experience design through over 150+ hours of content and 14 mentored sessions. The program covered core UI/UX fundamentals, interface design, user research, wireframing, and design testing, culminating in an 8-week mentored capstone project.


User Research & Analysis: Developed both qualitative and quantitative research techniques to uncover user behaviors, run UX audits, and transform user insights into actionable design strategies.Core Design & Testing: Developed proficiency in UI/UX principles, wireframing, and design testing/evaluation to build and validate impactful, user-centered digital products.User Interface & Human Factors: Applied human-centered design principles to build intuitive, accessible, and seamless interfaces tailored to user capabilities and behavior.Practical Industry Skills: Applied end-to-end UX tools through hands-on exercises and built upon real-world problem-solving skills.

Utilized user research to uncover core user needs, preferences, and pain points. Translated those insights into an MVP feature roadmap and product information architecture.
